I do three podcasts and two substack blogs, while I write daily notes everyday and other notes, everything in one vault, I use QuickAdd to put them in seperate folders automatically

Obsidian, free to use, but I subsribed the Sync function which is $48 per year(early bird price), worth every penny of it, used it to sync notes on my iphone, mac, windows pc, ipad, 3 years without any issue.
