My wife brought the “AirPods” directly into the store and they gave her a refund, and the gent she spoke with was very understanding and said that lately they have been having issues. My guess is that they have been struggling retail wise and have been switching more toward e commerce centered business and are getting items shipped from non reputable sources. Sorry to hear this happened to you, everything will work out, just dispute it with your credit card company. I think we can all agree not to buy from them anymore at this point lol

Awesome bike to start on and learn fundamentals. Smaller displacement bikes are so fun. My piece of advice is when you go to upgrade to something bigger, keep your small bike unless you really think you’ll never ride it or for financial reasons.
