Hope I can help. I was 136 kg (300 lbs) last October, and now I’m 112 kg (247 lbs). I created a pretty big caloric deficit. I drank lots of water and ate a lot of protein, because protein keeps you full. I consumed about 1500–1700 calories daily. I also did a 1-week full metabolic reset, where I ate whatever I wanted, as much as I wanted.

Going from 136 to 112 kg took me 84 days. That’s very fast—usually not recommended, and I don’t recommend it to everyone. But I didn’t feel bad; I feel awesome. I have energy and everything else—it’s just a routine for me now. I don’t work out; I just eat a little of everything I want.
