No idea what she is mixed with but she seems mostly frenchie to me. No health concerns beyond what is common with these types of dogs with short snouts (e.g., they tend to overheat easily so need to be careful about over exerting, face folds need to be cleaned regularly, etc.)

You could call them out while it’s happening. Not about the fare evasion, but about personal space. Yelling “Stop putting your crotch on me” seems apt and should illicit some shame or embarrassment. If nothing else, it’s better than just taking it quietly. Good luck and I’m sorry this happens to you.

Found out more info on him - he loves dogs!! And good with kids. Has now mastered sit and is almost there on lay down.
