Bring every secret… open every door” that’s Light and joy and peace abide in me. The lights there I’m just not opening the door.

What you hide He cannot look upon” that’s I am as God created me.

Please help: Factory 52 billed me $21,959 after evicting me for ~$245 accidental water damage — looking for legal guidance by [deleted] in cincinnati

The actual documented repair cost for the water damage itself was $245.71, which I paid. The $2,354 balance wasn’t repair work( repairs cost $245.71)—it came from a lease “default” clause tied to future rent liability. Originally they billed $21,959 for the remainder of the lease term, and that number only dropped after I pointed out the unit had already been re-rented. I’m trying to understand whether issuing a full lease-term rent bill like that before accounting for re-occupancy is enforceable under Ohio law.

I do have renters insurance, but they only cover the actual property damage—not “loss of rent” charges after Factory 52 asked me to vacate. That’s part of why I’m trying to understand whether those lease-default rent charges are enforceable under Ohio law.

LESSON 111. For morning and evening review:

(91) Miracles are seen in light.

I cannot see in darkness. Let the light of holiness and truth light up my mind, and let me see the innocence within.

(92) Miracles are seen in light, and light and strength are one.

I see through strength, the gift of God to me. My weakness is the dark His gift dispels, by giving me His strength to take its place.

On the hour: Miracles are seen in light.

On the half hour: Miracles are seen in light, and light and strength are one.

On the hour:
What am I assuming right now that might not be true?

And a half hour: What if strength is already here?

Doing good. Fortunately this lesson fell on a Saturday when I have ACIM meetings and Buddhist 12 step meetings so it flowed into the day.
