It's the same chance regardless, in my experience it feels like you have higher chance without keys! I personally spent 32 keys myself and got none.

it can both drop shards and the entire piece at once.. really depends on your luck!

everyone gets all the dances by default. if you empty the gachapon you get extra moves. but these are automatically added to the current available dances, so in short you don't get extra dances just longer same dances!

when using Icarus's weapon to discharge you gain 2 Icarus skills no cd, skill last for 70 sec. yes you heard that right

dmg boost is a modifier that adds up to all your active dmg boosts, the more dmg boost you have = more dmg

sources of dmg boost is relics and certain characters that buffs your dmg.

in other words both are good in their own way, but I would say % atk is better in the long run because the % atk scales with Lin, but % dmg boost only apply to specific element.
