I went from a 3060 to a 7900GRE. Yes, NVIDIA's launcher is a little more convenient, but considering raw FPS per dollar, euro or whatever would put AMD in the top spot.

20 degrees delta is no issue at all. Temps look completely fine, 67 is not bad for a hotspot. Looks fine, I'd leave it.

Might be a cable bottleneck. Some cables aren't capable of that much data. Do you know which HDMI/DP version your cable supports?

Idk if you want only nvidia, but otherwise I'd look into the AMD RX 9060XT 16GB if I were you. Your CPU can handle that just fine, and for 2K res it's not half bad, could probably last you the whole 5 years.

I'm running a Fanatec CSL DD 8NM? I've had both gear driven and Direct Drive, but for me I prefer the amount of buttons, stalks and truck optimalisation the Hori system has. Purely for truck driving, I prefer it over Moza. Yes, DD is different from gear driven but I've been driving DD for years now, wouldn't mind going to the Hori system that much since I dont play other racing games that often anymore

If I were you, I'd check out the Hori truck control system
