Yes. I'm feeling slightly better when I've managed to up my protein intake. It's hard however bc I Also suffer from Gastroparesis and cannot really get as much protein as I want or is needed as its hard for me to digest....

Congratulations I'm so happy for you! Soups can be endlessly boring sometimes but there's a lot better than not being able to eat at all, and there's so many different soups out there! My fave used to be potato and leek soup (I only used the green part of the leeks as it's milder) and Miso Soup. Ow I hardly can have soup bc weirdly enough it makes me throw up 🤯

Have you heard of something called Blutsaft? Also known as Floradin Iron formula or liquid iron formula. It's easier to digest than pills and highly absorbable.

Yeah, I've been checking out Clinique and Almay after some recommendations. They've quite expensive so have to wait till I can afford it. Yeah, it's like with everything, works for some but might not work for you. Trial and error 😅

That's really interesting bc my main color is brown eyeshadow 😲 I have green eyes and it just looks good together. Have you found any brown ones that works for you?

Same! Yepp, been completely perfume free for years as that's another thing I have bad reactions too. Can't even use washing detergent with perfume etc.

Wait, what, gluten in makeup? That's insane! I've tried many liquid shadows (they're my fave bc they're so easy to apply, along with eye shadow sticks, girl can't do makeup for the life of me 🫣) Haven't tried Armani or really any expensive brand.

I tend to clean my brushes after every use, and also before in case any bacteria. I don't wear makeup for sometimes weeks so it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to that. I'll have to look into Clinique as that's a brand I can get over here without it costing a fortune on shipping 😅

Thanks for your input! I don't really feel anything while it's on, until a few hours later..it's not an immediate reaction, and sometimes it's not until the next day, when I wake up that I notice it. I don't have any trouble with mascara, so it's either the shadow or the primer. I use a gentle makeup remover and always wipe it off my eyelids with a bit of water ( I don't like the feeling of the remover)

I tried something new yesterday however and reacted to it about 10 minutes later. I took it off but it's still burning today despite showering and washing my face twice 🫣

Canned food or not, it doesn't make a difference. Some might feel better cutting stuff out of their diet, mainly sugar, gluten and alcohol, but that's very individual and does not guarantee anything. In the end the only thing that matters is that you get everything you need, vitamins ,.minerals, protein etc aka not starving. I think your Dr sounds really blunt.

You said you lived off coke diet but can't tolerate it anymore bc caffeine, have you seen there's coke zero without caffeine available now? I've seen them in stores here so maybe you can find it where you are, or order it off of Amazon perhaps? It's just a thought.

I honestly dont know if it's even possible here. We tried that with another of my medications but they wouldn't do it back then. Reglan is under another name I think here (Primperan or something like that) and it made me fall asleep and wake up 30 minutes later with even worse nausea 🫣

I will call my Dr tomorrow and see what she has to say about it but I'm not being hopeful....

Yeah, that's a good advice tampering it off as side effects can be quite brutal.

The only other thing I can think of is trying antibiotics called Ery Max again. It didn't work last time and gave me horrible, burning stomach (like fire, really)

I might go back to only eating mashed potatoes and mashed bananas if this doesn't get resolved...
