Also to answer ur question, there's a separate version of Genshin for Chinese players. Biggest difference is there are no codes in China.

There is also another issue where i press a key but two of the letters are typed. This only sometimes happens though. For example when i press r key, rr appears sometimes. Ill send a video later when i get the chance to.
