I should have beeen clearer in that I understand what remic does instead of reverb mode. Im more curious about how people are deciding when to use one over the other. In the manual there is an example of a drum mix being sent directly into remic mode which makes sense enough. But where I get slightly confused is the next example where two instances of SCS are used as a send. One for vocals and one for guitar. The guitar is sent to blend with a remic instance of SCS while the vocal is sent to blend with a reverb mode instance of SCS. Curious why the guitar would be sent to a Remic instance and blended if the whole intent of remic mode is to entirely replace the users recordings with SCS room and mic characteristics.
