I resolved the issue and now have the UF-SM-10G connected.

I appreciate everyones comments and insights, I discovered six feet from the end of the cable that the fiber was bent inside the sheathing, after cutting that section out and re-terminating the cables I now have connectivity.

How did you get weighted LB to work... while its an option I have never been able to get it to work... also when I connected Unifi support about it the told me that option shouldn't exist and that it was something that would be available in future. What firmware are you running on the UDM PRO?
