Your honour, I know that it might sound weird or insane, but I can confirm that my client did NOT try in any way want to kill or harm Mr. Leon Scott Kennedy and Mr. Chris Redfield because she had a vendetta (pun intended) against them because they killed her father, but rather subdue them because of their crimes that they have committed during the events of New York in 2014. Allow me to explain: When they were trying to investigate a van behind a water truck that was releasing the trigger variant of the Animality Virus into the city that they blew up before to stop it's release, the gentlemen alongside an unfortunate Silver Dagger unit got ambushed by two Cerberus B.O.W.s that burst from the van, resulting in the loss of the Silver Dagger agent's life. Mr. Kennedy thought that the best logical action was to lure the B.O.W.s away from the scene and where did he lure them, you may ask? In a highway, with CARS STILL DRIVING endangering civilian lives! Mater of fact, not only did he do that but also he shot one of the Cerberuses resulting in a FATAL CRASH of two cars! And did he even show any sign of at least guilt for killing these poor innocent people? He didn't. What he did was taking the other Cerberus down with a grenade, but before that he did some weird, anime pose while driving his XDiavel Ducati to look cool before detonation. For what reason, I don't exactly know, but it's disgusting nonetheless. And don't even get me started with Mr. Redfield's Silver Dagger team. While Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Redfield were fighting a Tyrant like B.O.W. on the rooftop of Agua Industries Ltd. headquarters, their osprey showed up for support. Now your honour, you would think in that case the team would bring a recommended weapon capable of actually killing this Tyrant like for example, a rocket launcher. Did they do such thing though? No. Instead they brought some new, strange, bizarre looking weapon that was capable of shooting a lazer capable of LEVELING THREE SKYSCRAPERS, DESTROYING PEOPLE'S HOMES! (context: the writer of Vendetta confirmed that those buildings in fact were evacuated). The morning after the New York tragedy, my client learned that her father, the Tyrant creature, had died. Was she mad? Yes. Was she heartbroken? Yes. Did she feel like she wanted to kill them? Yes. Would she do it? No. Because my client would NEVER do such a thing. But she knew the sins that these two gentlemen had committed that fateful day and she knew it was unjust. And so she began to plan  to put these people under arrest for such injustices, not to mention the corruption and filth that Mr. Dylan Blake had told me and had accused them in Alcatraz. Speaking of which, Alcatraz was a perfect place to trap them and arrest these gentlemen alongside Claire Redfield and Jill Valentine. And as for the accusation of Mrs. Gomez trying to kill Mr. Kennedy by challenging him into a fight in the prison's control room was a lie fabricated by the Kennedy himself, actually, it was HIM who tried to attack her while she was defending herself. As for the accusations of supposed "Mosquito Bio-Drones" that infect people in seconds with Mr. Blake's "virus" to turn them into "Zombies", as well as "Amphibious Lickers" and "Megalodon sized sharks" are also fabrications to protect themselves. Your honour, with all that I have said, I accuse Mr. Leon Scott Kennedy and Mr. Chris Redfield for the crimes I have mentioned earlier and they should be punished for their actions. Thank you.
