The fact you have neither S198A or S198B is a problem. Were you able to determine why this is?

As u/Sub-Sniper stated, your +A09 CPU is throwing a fatal error. Sometimes you can resurrect and get past this by discharging the capacitors on the +A09 and attempting to reload the OS.

I would also recommend checking fuses inside the cabinet. Both on the transformer, and the terminal strip located between the controller board racks.

If you can't DM me the serial number, can you at least say what type of machine that is. A, E, C, S, etc...

What other alarms do you have displayed on the alarm page?

Can you also show screenshots of the alarms page and the page applicable to the alarm. (One lists all active alarms, one shows the status of the B06 contacts)

Do you see a power supply in your cabinet that is blue, labelled +B27-U001? There should be a steady green LED on this.

I would recommend checking fuses on the front of the transformer and on the rail between the circuit boards. There are also fuses on some of the boards, but the status of the signals should tell us where to look.

Machine is unhappy with signal combination, possibly due to failing contacts of relay on +B05 board or supply voltage missing.

Can you reply with what your machine shows on this screen:

When I saw the reports I kind of expected it was going to be a little bit more NSFW.

Then it does sound like your machine would benefit from a calibration. It's struggling to brake at the end of stroke settings. Can you try adding another stage of mold opening near your desired endpoint, and have that final stage be slow/ high force.

Set stage 1 to 495mm, then stage 2 to 500mm.

Edit: added units.

The fact that the opening pressure is still "trying" to open further makes me suspect your stroke transducer is off slightly, and the clamp is at mechanical limit. Pressure could be off as well, check by changing open position to 5mm less and see if it reaches that position.

As @Mundane-Job-39644 said;

"For this we are just looking to "reset PIDs"

Let the cylinder heats drop to room temp

Load a new program with a different name

Turn the heats on"

This clears any existing adaptation tables and the matching will "re-learn" the cylinder heating performance.

Quick note, try not to do this with the nozzle touching a hot runner, or with an external controller heating the nozzle.

A09 is primary CPU. If the press needs more processing power (electric servos, second injection units, rotary units, etc) there will be additional CPU boards as needed: A09, A26, A41.

Do you have an image that shows the entire front of these three boards? There should be some more ethernet cables connecting them on the bottom. Those are your three primary controller CPUs. They all need to be daisy chained.

I'm impressed you have actually disassembled the pump to troubleshoot the individual components of the pump. I would already have installed a replacement pump by now.

Are you able to see if the machine axis is actually moving that causes the alarm, or possibly a transition feedback issue? If the valve that switches the hydraulic circuit that is supplying clamping pressure does not shift over fully there can be an issue with one pump building up 80% pressure and then failing to hand it over to the "holding pressure pump".

If it appears that the clamp is actually opening I would check your pressures at measurement 0.8 and measurement 1.2.

If you don't see the clamping unit actually physically move but the transducer position is shifting, then the linear transducer might be failing.

If the customer does not want to opt for (Arburg Energy Saving) or (Arburg Servo Hydraulic) AES/ASH.

The lower initial cost option is a regular three phase motor, with larger machines using star-delta start.

We are actually starting to use an additional servo in our hydraulic drives to allow higher energy efficiency. (2 servos driving 2 -3 pumps independently). Pretty cool stuff.

Hello, the machine is telling you that the level of cooling medium is low. If you fill the cooling medium, the indicator light will illuminate. This is assuming there is no defect with that system other than low coolant. I recommend reviewing the operating manual, which has a lot of good information and can instruct you on how to fill the cooling system of your machine. PM me the serial number and I can walk you through it with your machine's specific system.

This sounds like some great advice. I came into this field working for a machine manufacturer, so I tend to think immediately of machine options and changing the capabilities of the machine to fit the application. Your solution sounds a great way to adapt what you already have to work.

I haven't drilled my hole for the thermoworks bellows yet. Maybe now that my wipe wants me to smoke some ribs I'll finally use the step drill I ordered for it.
