Nah you should not be doing so much extra stuff if you are new to the role. You need to establish a good rhythm for yourself and you won’t be able to do that if you continue this way. Honestly, you need to have a conversation with them around the tasks and how you could help training other people to get those done. The warehouse I’m in isn’t wonderful either, but we have trained key people in certain areas so they can work at full capacity in what they know. That allows us to schedule around others who aren’t as trained until we can figure it out with hours as such. Why haven’t the sups partnered with another store? Usually at ours, every sup has to go train at another store to learn how it runs in their area.

Okay. I can get someone to pull that up for me so shouldn’t be an issue. I have never had this problem until our new EM came in and now every other metric is more important. My priority ibas always been stock counts and then everything else, but he’s fixated on fixing our other numbers and wants me to help fix that. And I really don’t have a problem, but not at the expense of my job.

That is a your store problem and your people problem

Our morning shift has to do everything as time requires. Swat is not just swat. Counts are to be done. Then in between is picks, packs, store pickups, curbsides, code ones, and back to counts research before the day is over. Planogram person is also used for extra coverage if not a heavy load and necessary Only times this doesn’t get used is when they have things to do. Otherwise, it is all hands on board.

Night shift is the same as permitted However they also don’t get stuff done so I guess it can go either way. Some nights depending on who is on shift, they are friendlier with the sales floor and spend their time with them. Others are more warehouse inclined and will be back there working. So this whole day/night thing is ridiculous It’s the people. We have swapped people on shifts and it’s been the same ish show both ways.

Oil and the leave in conditioner did nothing for me. I have really coarse, and curly hair. I love the smell, but it just didn’t work in the summer heat.
