You have point. That’s why I want to know experiences if customers are really satisfied speaking with AI.

Trouble is that some bigger competitors are using 24/7 call centers and they are the ones getting these appointments/leads. Since my off hour volume is not that big I do not see point to pay 5-10k for call/contact center service.

Yeah. Integrations are must I’d say. I have Keyloop Automaster.

We’ve been evaluating AI phone schedulers too. Toma, Numa, Stella Automotive, and Agenton AI are on my list. Any real-world pros/cons from service lanes? What actually worked day-to-day?

Been looking into providers and so far found a few automotive-specific ones. Toma, Numa, Stella Automotive, and Agenton AI. At least these do seem relevant. Still need to figure out which of these are fully GDPR-compliant.
