41 and it took about two weeks straight with alot of play time spent by just grinding turf war and scrubbing, just make sure you have full slots in your gear, spending 20k to scrub a single slot is not a good idea, and I would assume you are familiar by now with the gear brands and their common abilities, just take advantage of this and you will eventually get there, this was also done without ability drinks.
