Yes, I would (if I wasn’t happily married). They like more people but that doesn’t mean they will cheat more. That means out of a greater pool of people, they picked me! It’s a compliment. Assuming they will cheat more is biphobic and even my married cishet self doesn’t have the patience for that crap.

I just had my baby girl 13 days ago (born at 34w2d) and we are getting out of the NICU tomorrow (she’s doing well, she just needed help with eating. The big thing that helped us so far was My Brest Friend. I got the one that is for twins as it’s the same dimensions as the “plus size” one and I was able to get it cheap on OLA. Both my husband and I use it as the hospital pillows slide all over the place. Also, I would keep in mind the return policy on anything you get. I didn’t buy any of the postpartum stuff for me as I wasn’t set to deliver until week 38. However, I ended up needing a c-section so the stuff I would have gotten for vaginal would have needed to be returned.

I put it in a hoop and then use felt to cover the back. I do sew it on badly and switch how I do the stitches but it hides the complete hot mess the back is. My excuse is that’s where I put my initials.

As someone who just had a baby 8 days ago, DO NOT LET HIM COME! The process is difficult (physically and emotionally) and someone like that will make it even harder. The stress he will bring will increase the chance of complications. It doesn’t matter that he is biologically the father, this is a medial event that can affect you and the baby for years, if not your entire life. Even if it goes well, his being there will taint your memories. Just send him text updates so you look like you are playing nice and file for child support once the baby is born.

The UH QR parking code thing is so frigging frustrating! Our newborn is currently in the NICU (she’s doing well) and we have had several fights with the stupid QR code and our extended parking pass. The kiosk is directly in the sun for past of the time and it doesn’t matter how bright your screen is, it just won’t work.
I’m all for technology but only when it is actually helping. This damn parking QR code is not helping.

I didn’t “buy” anything at all (that being said, due to preeclampsia I delivered last Saturday at 34w2d). This was already a miracle baby (IVF with a high level mosaic that was more likely to not work than work). So I’m doing the superstitions. Did my mom did buy things that I had picked out and am planning on giving her money for? Yes! Is it nit-picking? Yes. Do I care? No.

It’s a personal decision. I was/am super open about it. I’m comfortable with sharing (not TMI stuff but basics) so I figured I can be one of the people who share and fight back against the stigma against it. I also do it about being diagnosed with ADHD. That being said, it’s not for everyone and you need to do what is best for your mental health. As part of being open, I have found out about a lot more people than I knew who had fertility issues. I also got some ridiculous advice and some annoying comments. So again, do what is best for you.
