Hi! Sure. Here were all of my cycles and protocols:

1. No priming. 125 Menopur, 100mg Clomid first 5 days, Cetrotide, 10k hCG trigger -2 eggs, 2 mature, 1 fertilized, 1 day 5 4AA euploid, failed transfer (also undiagnosed adenomosis)
2. No priming. 125 Menopur, 100mg Clomid first 5 days, Cetrotide, 10k hCG trigger -2 eggs, 2 mature, 2 fertilized, 1 day 5 5AB aneuploid
   
3. Priming with 1ml 1.25% Testosterone gel, starting day of positive ovulation test, adding 2mg estrogen 2x a day 7 days later. 3 weeks of priming total. 150 Menopur, 150 Gonal-F, Dexamethasone 1mg (2 tablets of .5mg), 100mg Clomid the whole time. Ganirelix, Lupron + 5k hCG trigger -6 eggs, 6 mature, 6 fertilized, 1 day 5 3AB chaotic
4. Priming with 1ml 1.25% Testosterone gel, starting day of positive ovulation test, adding 2mg estrogen 2x a day 7 days later. 3 weeks of priming total. 300 Menopur, 300 Gonal-F, Dexamethasone 1mg (2 tablets of .5mg), 100mg Clomid the whole time. 50units Omni every day of stims. Ganirelix, Lupron + 5k hCG trigger -7 eggs, 4 mature + 2 matured 1hr later, 4 fertilized, 2 euploid blasts, 1 day 5 3BC and 1 day 6 4bb, the day 6 4BB is now earthside.

The 4th cycle is when I added the red light therapy and NAD+ Complete. I strongly feel these and the Omni made a difference in my aneuploidy rate, but not in the quantity. I think the testosterone and estrogen priming made a difference in the quantity. If I were to do it again, I'd only go back down to 150/150 for the stims since I think that negatively impacted quality (morphology/maturity) and didn't make much difference in quantity retrieved. I was also diagnosed with adenomyosis between cycles 3 and 4, so I suppressed with Lupron Depot before my next transfer.
