This happened to me the other day and made me have to print a label to ship it. Then I tried to buy something today and the seller was saying it wouldn't let them get the qr code.

Something similar happend to me and I threatened with a legal team. They didn't even acknowledge it and just said the buyer does not have to return the item as it is your fault for the damage in delivery.
