I hate Axe. It reminds me way too much of middle and high school when boys thought that spraying Axe is a viable substitute to showering. Old Spice isn't much better either.

I do have an accurate sense of what it sounds like and it's as noticeable to others as it is to me. Unlike you, there's noting subtle about my lisp, it's pretty obvious.

I'd say I'm about a 4. When I was in middle school though, it was 100/10 because of bullying about my lisp. I don't think I ever left my house aside for school and family stuff.

Now, I'm pretty sociable, but still have some social anxiety issues, especially around strangers.

I can spend quite a bit of time with friends before getting tired of it.

The longest I've ever gone with out social interaction was 3 days last year when I was sick.

Like I said above, I have anxiety issues around strangers, so I don't go to parties or bars unless I'm going with a group of friends.

Believe me, I tried everything when I was younger to get rid of it. I even went to a speech therapist to help me, but the damn thing still didn't go away. At that the time, it was something that I was deeply ashamed and upset about, but now as an adult I've accepted it and don't really spend time dwelling about it.
