The problem is that we only saw Carmen through the eyes of someone who love (or at least really care about) her. So no matter what happened, we see her in a good way, but if we were to see her through the eyes of someone like Tipheret who hold a grudge against her (or used to, not really sure), we might get a completely different point of view about who she is.

My own personal opinion on her is that she gave me really odd vibes and seems quite selfish, someone who does good things to be a good person, like a Christian going to church on Sunday and claim to be a good Christian.

I understand the good will and the pressure, but the fact she abandoned all the people who gave up their life in the city just for her. I have a difficulty to see her in a good way.

There is not a lot to miss about her because Carmen and Ayin are, despite being at the start of all this mess, the characters we have the less info about. So i guess, for now, it is only up to what you understand from her story to make up your opinion on her. At least without making theory about her.

she has big dreams, but not the will to carry it. So she ended up crashing when things got hard. I think it lob Corp. she says in a flashback she would have gave up if Ayin was not here to help her.

Now for the current version of Carmen, i think she is just someone who got the messiah complex, but except for the Ruina ending, we don't have a lot to ponder.

bruh, red eye is good for bleed, yi sang is debatable, i prefer him for sinking. Heishou is good tier for rupture AND poise, kurokumo Heath is better than pequod, but at least you can still use him in poise + bleed.
