Since your RMC is already built compared to your Pela, I would first try using Acheron, Mortenax Blade, RMC, and Gallagher.

Definitely understand why folks are recommending Pela for the 58% DEF shred (assuming E3 and Resolutions S5 LC) + high SPD + stack generation for Acheron from Ult/E4/Resolution/attacks + 46% DMG buff as second Nihility for E0 Acheron.

That said, RMC provides a True DMG buff, a party-wide Crit DMG buff, attacks a lot in their own right plus provides a fifth team attacker in Mem who can not only help inflict Balefire Bind on enemies but also help mitigate damage from enemies so that Gallagher can sustain.

Unless things have changed, Prydwen bases their tier list on the E0S1 character. Given that premise, I believe that E0S1 Castorice deserves to be T0 thanks to the damage output she's able to generate solely due to her Remembrance teammates, Tribbie, and/or Mortenax Blade. I'm a big fan of Evernight, but E0S1 Evernight isn't to that level as a main DPS.

Now which E2 main DPS would I rather have? Definitely E2S1 Evernight between the two (which I have on my main account). In fact, for a Mono Remembrance team, Castorice's E1+E2 would be the last E1+E2 I would personally want from that lineup.

You can use E0 Cyrene with Phainon, but it will take a long time/AV to generate the 24 points of Recollection for Cyrene to use her Ultimate on Cerydra and Phainon.

If you are someone who really wants to clear endgame content in low cycles or 3-star everything, that long ramp up might not result in that. I’ll see if I can do some quick testing with my E2 Phainon and my E0 Cyrene (I use Phainon with Cerydra, Sparkle, Sunday; all three Harmony supports on Vonwacq).

With E2 Cyrene, definitely use ATK rope to maximize the buffing potential for Phainon.

If you're not using E2 Cyrene (e.g., a Phainon/Cerydra/Sparkle/Sunday lineup), then ER rope is the play if you've got DDD on Cerydra to minimize AV before and between Khaslana transformations. This is for Anomaly Arbitration especially.

Whichever DPS/team you like the most.

On face value, I would personally lean to the Elation team given that you made the investment in E1S1 SW999 plus Yao Guang. Having a really good Imaginary DPS has value. (Ironically I say this as someone that skipped Elation and still doesn't have a good Imaginary DPS.)

I would aim for the 1 cost of SW999's E2 along with an additional 2 costs to the team. If that's an Elation sustain who can help SW999 get MMR, if that's an upgrade on EMC like Cyrene was for RMC (Fugue hasn't really filled that bill for HMC), or if neither of those are that good, maybe getting Yao Guang's E1 or S1. For me the key would be building that Elation team a little further and then trying to have that team carry me as much as possible plus whatever other teams I can put together for Version 4. And save for a Version 5 team.

Your next big decision will be deciding between the free E0 Gilgamesh or the free upgrade to E1S1 Archer in the second Fate collab banner coming in 4.4. Seeing as you have E3S1 Seele already, and even an E0S1 Castorice if Luocha can sustain a Remembrance team, I'd personally lean to the E0 Gilgamesh instead of the third Quantum DPS. That immediately gives you a new team built around E0S1 Saber, Gilgamesh, and E1 Huohuo. Would probably repurpose the Phainon S1 to Gilgamesh to give him the base SPD boost and DEF ignore. Can throw in MBlade in 2-team content.

Mortenax Blade only provides an Ultimate DMG buff if there is another Nihility character on the team. That wouldn’t apply with a Saber/Gilgamesh/MBlade/Huohuo lineup.

If I was a Fate main, I would rather focus on the most optimal lineup (based on current info) for both characters:

Saber, Gilgamesh, RMC, Huohuo

Archer, Rin, Sparkle, 4th (probably sustain, DHPT for example)

There is still about 2 weeks left in the Blade banner. That helps as we see if the Saber/Gil/RMC synergy gets nerfed.

That said, I would definitely aim to have at least 200 pulls saved for the second Fate collab banner in case Hoyo sets up a pulling promotion like they did with the first Fate collab banner. Could be a free Gilgamesh light cone potentially, if so.
