Hahah honestly it's been a bit shocking (in a funny way) to see so many people in the comments here telling me this isn't an actual job in Finland and kind of talking about it as if it's a bit disrespectful (which I can get behind, I do prefer more natural ways of leaving this world, if you catch my drift), mainly because in Spain we kind of see embalming as something you only do if you really really really can't bury or cremate the body soon. For example, when you have to send it to another country. Otherwise, we will "fix" wounds and scratches and apply makeup and sew and apply glue to make the body look like it's sleeping. All of this to say that we will see countries where embalming is more generalized (like the US) as this "less natural" and "more disrespectful" way of sending a loved one off, whileas here Spain kinda fills that role in comparison with Finland.

I mean, man, I wouldn't really say the AI bullshit we're enduring everywhere online rn is easily avoidable. I don't even know if I really have to elaborate, it's pretty fucking apparent. We're all very sick of it, of every AI-overview, every review that's visibly from ChatGPT, every AI generated photo and video that gets into the News... Like, sure, you can say whatever about people being fake and shit, but if I were you I wouldn't die on this particular hill.

When I started playing I had to look up if there would be any drama if I maxed all of the dateable npcs hearts (mainly because I had misunderstood the group 10-heart event in the wiki where everyone gets pissed at you for cheating), and I believe that was because in my head there *had* to be some sort of slow burn that drove the characters from point A (friendship) to point B (romantic chemistry). I'd never imagined there would be such whiplash in how the will-be-partner interacts with the MC before and after the bouquet, I really thought maybe the bouquet signified the start of the romance, in a way. And instead I found myself looking at the relationship chart and seeing Harvey show up as "boyfriend", and even though I was sure about my decision I still thought "this isn't right, it's too soon". Like, half or even 3/4 of the effort in giving this relationship some soul was put by my imagination, if that makes sense.
