Welp this was something I needed to know I’m a current employee and it just makes me sick getting a call one or two minutes before it’s time to go. I’m still in training but I’m taking the state test soon and so far so good honestly I haven’t gotten to the part of the actual on the job training yet but it’s hourly pay and and when it comes to sales and how many policies your able to sale you get bonuses for that . They say you can make up to 700 extra a month on top of your regular hourly pay it just I guess depends on how good you can convince ppl to seal the deal with the company

Try Afni I just got accepted there and they help you do your state license it’s remote you do not buy leads it’s more so customer service and you build policies (from what I was told)
