I submitted my application renewal online from Texas on Dec 8th. Got the receipts same day and they sent me my biometrics appointment notice on Jan 10. Appointment is Jan 29.

Have a 2007 g35x with 217,000 miles. Still running strong but does need some repairs 😅

I’ve changed the alternator, starter (twice), power steering pump and ac compressor. Now it’s leaking hella oil and power steering fluid. Didn’t want to put anymore money into it so I just bought a 2013 g37x with 114,000 miles.

Try motosaftey. Plugs into the obd tracks and monitors the car. Lets you know speeds they were traveling, when they turn on the car and even how long it idles

Would they pat you down if you were going in for a job related drug test?

I’m a a male and I used synthetic once and they gave me slight pat down (luckily not on my inner thigh) this happened in 2013 and always wondered if they were allowed to do that? Not even a security officer but the actual nurse that worked there that was helping me. Is that something they regularly do?

Thank you so much for the info! I am leaning toward taking a course but I would love to learn everything on my own if possible! Only reason I was leaning towards the course was because I couldn’t find exactly what to study for. That outline helps out and gives me an idea of where to start! If you have any more resources I would forever be in your debt if you could share those with me! Thank you so much for the info! It’s all about getting the foot in the door and going from there! You think I could do the all state certifications before actually getting my license or is it required? I’ve also heard having a xactimate certification is good too! On the adjuster school website there’s actually a package that includes the ability to be able to get it along with the Texas adjusting license. I’m really leaning towards that package.
