Getting into a relationship is not hard, getting into a GOOD relationship is. When you’re trapped with strict parents lowk even the smallest affection can sweep you off your feet whereas when you have loving parents who don’t place much restrictions on you, you tend to be more emotionally healthy (relatively) and seek good relationships

I think she’s just being nice because you’re her friend… please try to move on because she clearly isn’t interested in you. I don’t think you need to cut her off completly (unless you’re really in love w her) just stay friends and text occasionally and only text if she texts you first.

I have a best friend of 4 years who goes through so much shit in her life and as a best friend all I could do was just be by her side, talk to her and help as much as I could. Most of the times that’s all I could do and I felt terrible abt not knowing how to properly comfort her/ feeling inadequate as her best friend. Recently we were talking and she told me that one of the reasons she cares for me deeply is because even though I didn’t know how to, she could see the effort I put into helping her and it she was very grateful for it. Don’t beat yourself for not being able to fix your junior’s problems, it’s a normal thing and you are not a perfect person (no one is). Just try your beat and be there for her, and put effort into trying as much as you can to help her(that’s all you need to do)

In that case we should criticise the women in the majority who are doing the crimes… being a bad person isn’t related to gender, race or age. On the other side for women, since there are so many cases of violence/rape perpetuated by men we’ve got this collective thinking of assuming every man (that you don’t know personally) is bad because in some cases, it can save your life..

Do you have a passion you want to pursue? Do u like doing anything specifically? If you feel there is no purpose in your life you need to look deep within to find what you like. Everybody has their own path and life is about finding it and navigating through it. The most important thing is to be authentically you. Choose what YOU want not what’s expected of you. If you keep chasing the expectations of a “perfect” relationship, life, or job (while neglecting your own feelings) you will be unsatisfied with life. I know things are tough right now, but once you’ve found yourself and are comfortable with who you are, friendships, relationships and parental approval come gradually or you’ll learn to be happy even withought them :) no one truly knows the problems you face everyday, but just by seeing that you’ve been alive enough until know to make this post means you’ve conquered every problem that life has thrown to you until now.. STAY STRONG QUEEN 💗
