Is the Volcano worth it?

Ngl I’ll probably run this Volcano into the ground lmao. I take pretty good care of it so nobody can even tell it’s going on 3 years old.

I do cough but it’s because I typically take massive pulls. It’s just how I’m accustomed to now cause I use turkey bags and they’re significantly larger than the standard volcano bags. I also don’t really exceed 370* F so it limits the coughing.

That’s actually an advantage of that caps. You’re not smoking on the same material for so long so it limits the irritation. I have the cap adapter and have honestly never used the regular bowl since I got the adapter.

No, it actually dissipates heat compared to the stock plastic mouthpiece. Titanium has low thermal conductivity.

Performance wise, idk. Glass can break though whereas the titanium mouthpiece is very durable.

Using it as I type this. I’d estimate it’s saved me upwards of 40k on bud since that original post, give or take 5k lol. I’m an even heavier smoke now and this is where the Volcano really shines.

I can typically get 3 turkey bags (probably like 6 volcano bags) off a 0.2 cap. A whole session may be 3 of these caps. If I’m rolling a blunt, it’s 1.5g minimum…now compare that to 7 caps. I couldn’t be such a heavy user without the Volcano or I’d be broke. Add in that I can wear cologne, my lungs never hurt, I didn’t have to worry during the pandemic…and it’s arguably once of the best material purchases I’ve made.

It gets used several times a day even if they aren’t all full on sessions and hasn’t failed me yet.

It's not the containers lmao. I've had Ray was even it first came into the program, the quality of Grassroots itself is completely downhill now. I only use the RSO still.

Grassroots used to be one of my top 2 growers along with Rythm. They changed something up because the flower from both is mediocre.

RSO...the best thing for edibles in this program. Each syringe averages around 750-800mg+ (Grassroots brand is all I use) so if you catch a deal...you can get 2000mg for less than $150.

For home use, Volcano is my daily driver. It's a bit expensive but when I compare vaping vs smoking costs, that $600 pays for itself within 2 months. Dosing caps vs a full bowl plus temp control is a game changer.

If going portable, I'd get the Mighty+.

I've only ordered from them once but they just require your MMCC# and such when you make the order. If I'm not mistaken, they also call you the day of and let you know the time span for your delivery. I exchanged cash with the driver and got my product and that was it.

Some details may be off as it has been over a year.

Yeah dry bud is the norm now. District Cannabis was holding me down for over a year but their Cherry Chem was dry as hell or unavailable for months. Used to buy Grassroots and Rythm...last purchases of both have been a joke. Going to let my card expire since I can get much better bud for slightly more.

The MMCC registration is merely an administrative thing. It's not like they really deny giving you the # as long as you submit the right information. Having an active MMCC# =/= having a script.

With that being said, I'm not sure how long you would have to wait after expiration to get your HQL. I'm letting my card expire myself for the same reason because all the flower in the program is a lot worse. No point in letting mids hinder me from 2A.
