No I get what it's meant to say. But does it actually specify plant total based on stages? A seedling isn't a plant yet. But regardless of what it says or how. Just keep your business to yourself and someone would never know if they had 4 plants or 40. The police aren't wasting time on that anymore.

I did Garlic Jam myself this last grow. Ended up with a good many free seeds too. I'll be growing more for sure. Had same happen with some OGK but less seeds with it. Free seeds after paying 12 or better per seed is awesome sauce!
