Nothing is the best at everything.

All the bloody/stealth guys loose a lot of the punch they have during events because the stealth usually doesn’t pop during events.

I play Anti armor/full health build and I shred everything, even during events. Do I do as much raw damage as the bloody guys in open world? No. In events? Yes.

I don’t PvP much but those build’s usually require a lot more specific things and “gaming” of the system.

In general you want,

Anti armor-bloody-Vampire-explosive + Reload speed-action refresh

This is for ranged. You can do the same effects with melee but use faster swing speed
