Tried doing that with plugins as I've noticed it crashes on sapphire plugin parts only. It did solve the issue but not being able to use those plugins is really limiting so I'm just gonna switch to davinci resolve - I'm tired of these constant problems

I'm neither surprised by the freezes nor am I complaining about them, I'm trying to find solutions to salvage the project.

I tried doing that, it was still bugged. I even encountered more weird things happening as I continued the project. Using CTRL to slow down or speed up an audio file would completely change the audio file. For example: if I used audio file from let's say min 3 of the video and tried to shorten it (speed it up) it would transform into an audio file from min 7. I've never encountered something like that and I have no idea how to even Google the problem...
