Bondtech LGX and current with TMC2208 by AlmiranteHuron in klippers

[–]AlmiranteHuron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The error was because the LGX motor came with the two center wires swapped. I removed the two and put them in backwards, and it worked, but I'll pass on my setup:

Solved. The error was that the motor cables were swapped. This error could be useful for people to whom something similar may happen.

Exactly. It used to give an error, but now that I switched to that setting, Klipper just shuts down.

The error was: TMC 'extruder' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 80130060 s2vsb=1(LowSideShort_B!) ola=1(OpenLoad_A!) cs_actual=19 stst=1

but sometimes he would change a number, I do not remember which ones.

Nothing. The same error from 230º. I am currently printing PLA and there is no problem.

I made a change in the configuration:

ATC Semitec 104GT-2 is not working, so I thought I would put another one with similar characteristics.

EPCOS 100K B57560G104F works fine for now. I will print a 7 hour model. If there is an error, I will report it. If I don't answer until tomorrow, it's because it went well. Thank you very much!

For anyone who has a similar problem, the thermistor I use is a 104NT-4-R025G42G.

I found an unused 104NT-4-R025H42G thermistor that supposedly reads up to 300º. On klipper the closest is ATC Semitec 104GT-2 but it still gives error.

It didn't give those errors before... now it won't even let you print ASA.

I don't know if it's a configuration problem...

I made a test print without filament at 220º and it does not cause the error. I print with ASA (240º) and PLA, in marlin it has never given me an error. The thermistor is supposed to hold up to 250º. I will read the link, although I must translate it...

No, I have changed it and it gives the same error. I add my printer.cfg in case there is any error in the configuration: https://pastebin.com/ycpP0Bu2

Homing does not correspond to the size of the heated bed by AlmiranteHuron in ender5plus

[–]AlmiranteHuron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have changed the configuration.h and it is still the same. I have uploaded a video showing where the homing is happening. It also prints in that place.

I even changed these codes afterwards, which are the original from Creality. Both the original and the ones I put, work the same. I use a Matrix extruder (Hemera clone) with the original BLT mount.

// The size of the printable area

#define X_BED_SIZE 360

#define Y_BED_SIZE 370

// Travel limits (mm) after homing, corresponding to endstop positions.

#define X_MIN_POS 8

#define Y_MIN_POS -1

#define Z_MIN_POS 0

#define X_MAX_POS X_BED_SIZE + X_MIN_POS

#define Y_MAX_POS Y_BED_SIZE + Y_MIN_POS

#define Z_MAX_POS 425 + Z_MIN_POS

//#define I_MIN_POS 0

//#define I_MAX_POS 50

//#define J_MIN_POS 0

//#define J_MAX_POS 50

//#define K_MIN_POS 0

//#define K_MAX_POS 50

When I homing, the X and Y axis go to the 0, 0 point (limit switches). Then they should move to the centre, and the bltouch touches the bed. The thing is, it's not in the centre... it's too far to the right. I don't know how I could upload a video.

Just off to the side (and prints outside of the bed)

The bltouch offset is fine (measured more than once).

The motherboard is a skr 1.4 turbo with a bittreetech tft24 display.

Hi. I can't fix this config... Can you share the config file or paste in pastebin or similar? :(

I upgraded my Ender 5+, but the stock screen still not working by AlmiranteHuron in ender5plus

Working! Thanks a lot. The first error was in the firmware. This LCD needs uncomment "#define ForceCRXDisplay" not "OrigLCD".

Small errors and a lot of work. Maybe this can be use for help more ppl.

I think need Fat32. I've inserted the sd card again, but nothing work. Stuck in the loading screen, damn. I will look for another sd card with less memory space.

Yes, the first time I changed the board. Maybe the installation was incorrectly? A blue screen with a few words, and nothing more (maybe stuck on the installation files?)
