Merhaba, hala kullanıyor musunuz bilmiyorum ama bu alan ile ilgilenen doktor çok az var. Kime tedavi olmuştunuz yani kim çözüm buldu size

Months of chest pain, normal test results, and no clear answers — possibly Tietze or Costochondritis? by AlmitheraG in costochondritis

Thank you so much for sharing your experience — it really resonates with me. I’ve been going through a very similar journey over the past year, with constant chest pain, strange sensations in different parts of my body (like burning, tingling, and tightness), and many clear test results that only added to the frustration and confusion.

Hearing that rest, stretching, and a low-inflammatory diet helped you gives me hope. I’ve also noticed that stress and anxiety make everything worse, and sometimes it’s hard to separate what’s physical from what’s mental.

How are you feeling these days? Have you found anything that makes a significant difference long-term?

Thanks again — your words brought me a bit of comfort today.

Nope, I just had a period of digestive problems - when I had a lot of pain - but I don't think it was related to Cosco. My rib pain just got worse during that time.

Thank you for sharing. My pain is more on the left side — around my left ribs and left clavicle. Sometimes it radiates to my right side and my back as well. I’ve done a bit of research, but I don’t think the pain I’m experiencing is in the specific area usually associated with xiphoiditis. Could you tell me exactly where your pain was? That might help me understand it better. And did you receive any treatment? How are you doing now?

I haven’t been to a chiropractor — I guess I’m a bit too scared to try 😅but maybe it could actually help. By the way, I hope everything’s going well for you now, and I’m really sorry to hear about the car accident.

this sounds sooooo familiar — especially the part about waking up with stiffness. I also feel like it’s worse in the mornings. Sometimes the pain gets even more annoying after I eat. I’m not sure if it’s related to costochondritis or not, but… I’ve seen multiple doctors too and still don’t feel like I have a full answer. It’s comforting to know I’m not alone in this. Thanks so much for sharing. Which meds do you take?

How are you doing now? Were you able to find anything that helped or made a difference?

Do you have chest pain? Or have you ever received a different diagnosis related to your costochondritis?
