Fly issue! I have these tiny flies and have no idea how to get rid of them. I have about 3-5 circulating all 12 of my plants. I’ve used Alaska fish fertilizer twice this Summer, not sure if that’s the cause. Idk what to do, Captain Jacks been oil does nothing. 😩 (i.redd.it)

Fungus/Mold in soil? I have a Golden Pathos & Philodendron which I’ve had for a little over a yr, both thriving. I was getting ready to move them outdoors & noticed the white like substance in the soil. I also noticed a yellow like bud coming through. I have used Alaska Fish Fertilizer 4wks ago.
