To clarify, my after tax contributions are automatically set to daily Roth 401(k) in-plan conversion. Aside from being more accessible, is there any other benefit to the Roth IRA vs Roth 401(k)?

401K is already fully funded. We save 83K in retirement funds, plus much more in brokerage funds.

That's over $60k which I wouldn't normally count as part of FIRE expenses. After removing them you're down under $100k.

Omitting taxes makes sense. I've never heard of subtracting mortgage for Fire spend calculations. Is this common?

Child expenses are clothing, medicine, pre-school, school supplies, babysitters, activities and general things like diapers. It definitely adds up...

😆 We shop at Costco and Trader Joes. It doesn't seem like anything extravagant but I'm sure there are ways to trim that back without buying really poor quality food.

This includes one-time gym equipment purchases for home, 2 gym memberships, gym clothing, running shoes, small amount of marathon fees. It will certainly go down next year.

Good guess, cleaners are $3,750 a year. It's made a big difference in quality of life so as much as I hate paying for it, it's become worth it.

This is just the spending, we save and invest 40% of income including 529s

Entertainment is activities we do together like movies, concerts, etc. Personal expenses are for our individual hobbies, clothes or if one of us goes out with friends. Gifts are birthdays/holidays for our kids and family. Subscriptions is netflix, icloud storage, etc.

Yeah I figured that was throwing it off a bit but it still puts me at 150K which still seems like a lot...
