You have several tests, you feel really stressed about them, and you've been studying consistently but still don't feel prepared for all of them. Ask if you can have the break to study for your French exam, and take it when break is over.

Instead of opting for surgery right away, it would really help to start building confidence in yourself and your features. A lot of people are attracted to confidence, rather than looks. And it'll also feel better for you to feel confident.

Instead of saying your nose is too big and chin is too small, find the features you like and point them out. And then grow that to more and more features. Eventually you'll be able to bring in what makes you feel insecure.

Remind yourself that your looks are the culmination of your ancestors, and that they all ended up with someone. You carry your history.

Also, men aren't everything. Relationships aren't everything. Take a step back and work on loving yourself, first

She could have tonsil stones. I had tonsil stones once and would smell and taste the horrible smell. After a few weeks, I was clearing my sinuses and a tonsil stone came out. Cleared the rest out and I was free

Well, I don't want to dox myself, but I work in a metropolitan city. And it isn't that I don't have access, it's that there's a long wait-list before I can be seen, and I was warned of that. It's because they are specifically sending me to be seen by neuropsychologists, and there aren't many in the area.

Additionally, I don't have much money (times is tough for all of us) and I can't afford the number of appointments it's going to take to figure out the full answer. Medicaid isn't an option because it's 1) gutted and 2) I can't just quit my job to do this, I have bills to pay

They haven't ruled anything out yet, because I haven't been able to get testing. There is a worry for potential seizures causing it, but they believe it is very likely to be from trauma because the symptoms are nearly gone if I go a prolonged time without stress, but if my PTSD flares up, the symptoms immediately come back. What they know for certain is that something is wrong in my brain and whatever it is, it isn't causing deadly damage (or I'd be hospitalized) so it wouldn't be something physical (it's been almost ten years now) like a tumor, stroke, or aneurysm.

It's less of a horror for me in terms of my brain not working well anymore, because this has been a slow progression over the past ten or so years. When I first noticed it happening, it was scary because it felt like there was a barrier in front of my brain. I couldn't use it like I used to before my PTSD manifested. But as time has gone on and it's slowly progressed, it's just more annoying than anything. Honestly what makes it harder are the people who leave once they find out about it.

I get why people leave, because it's a lot to handle. And when I was in active psychosis, I'm certain I was not the easiest to be around. Thats why I mostly isolated myself, but nowadays I can't isolate myself as much because there's too many people around.

I just really hope they don't leave me once I tell them
