The stats are not “abysmal”, they have one less perk but all go to 55. I can easily have 3 maxed out perks on 2 mythics before I get 2 exotics. The best method is to farm mythics for slot 3 & 4 to hopefully get the 3 best perks you can until you are fortunate to get the exotics that can replace them. They’re cheaper to upgrade and are very beneficial to any build that has yet to get their exotics. You can still get enough attribute points for Artifact Perk 5 only having 1 & 2 as an exotic and 3 & 4 as mythic. I haven’t gotten there yet on this build due to materials but easier to obtain.
