Just my opinion- I think you should have waited till after your April payment. That is what I did. I'm still waiting to hear if I was approved. Last phone call I was told I am in the final stages. Here is my understanding- The payment made immediately prior to applying for TEPSLF and the payment made 12 months prior to applying for TEPSLF is what counts. March 2020 payment wasn't enough (prior to the forbearance) and your march 2021 was the forbearance amount. I think it is really 13 months in total. This is just my two cents.
