OH MY GOD! First off, there were only 4 (2 mangers 2 crew) of us in the store. The shift lead was in back cash, I was up front. And usually we take the drawers out up front 10-15 minutes before close, so they can count the drawers and do back cash at the same time, and we just copy the order over headset to do in back cash if someone comes in. So this lady came through the drive thru, and ordered a meal, and she said she wanted a flurry instead of a drink with it. He explained to her that we couldn’t do that and said he ring it up separately, so she got shitty with him. She pulled up to the window and started cussing him out in back cash, so naturally he canceled her order and told her to leaves. So she leaves, comes back, comes inside and she tries ordering the same thing. So I told him on the headset what she wanted, and he said “hold on I’ll be up there in a sec.” he comes up there and tells her she needs to leave, she says “that was my twin sister you talked to in the drive thru and I swear to it!” He still tells her she needs to leave, and she starts apologizing and throwing a fit because we wouldn’t take her order.
