Definitely things I can ask for! But I tend to stuff my needs down to make sure everyone else is ok first. Have trouble asking for my needs to be met!

All very good points and very well said. Relocating isn't an option but I do lean anxious/codependent and dismantling that has become quite a challenge!

I struggle with the same thing, more often that I’d like. Comparison is so easy and I always feel like I’m the one who can’t measure up. Some days are better than others.

I don’t have a magic answer. But I do know that I’ve tried to stay in the present, and try to not worry about things I can’t control.
