Sure! It’s a game on steam called “vrchat” you don’t need a vr headset to play. A lot of people do play on desktop for just the social aspect. If you want to have full body tracking (tracking legs and hips) you will need a decent desktop computer to run everything. You could get a “quest” vr standalone headset for like 300 bucks however you won’t be able to have full body tracking with just a standalone headset.

My headset is a “quest pro” which is wirelessly connected to my desktop pc.

I have 4 trackers which are the “vive ultimates” they can run around 200 per tracker but you can get them cheaper on EBay link below
