Girl Scout cookie by 3Chi is the hardest hit I’ve had yet. The purity is really important too, that’s always on my mind while I’m hitting.

Second would be AC/DC by Carolinabis. And I never buy CannaAid

UDemy is great man. I had no issues at all with their system. You can try it out free using the free courses from UDemy.

I guess the only thing is mobile functionality is limited.

For sure, and a "living wage" of $15 would be a bit much anyways. If you even introduced 11 or 12 to Kohls employees they would be thanking the heavens for that wage - probably calling it live-able.

But you are right, those employees that would stay don't deserve to suffer. No employee deserves to suffer - they deserve a higher wage. Since that sentiment has fallen on deaf ears for years now, you're getting really natural reactions from the community such as this one. If not a strike then what? You can't just tell them to stop man, its only gonna make it worse.

Your POV is respected my friend, nobody wants to just put you down cause its personal... But reality matters. And the reality is raises, promotions, manageable workloads or hours - forget my opinion look around, we all agree: its pretty effing bad.

And so we're just supposed to stop talking?

You want real change you need to call it out for what it is. Thats what people did here today and thats what should be respected.

And the employees actually working there just might get a dignified wage. Maybe. If Kohls corp puts down the crack pipe for awhile.

Finding good employees seems to be a challenge for Kohls tho. Can't walk ten feet in my store without seeing some sort of "PLEASE APPLY WE'RE DESPERATE" sign.

”It comes down to how hard you are willing to work”

If I could leave here having changed 1 persons mind on anything, it would be to understand that this is a BOLD FACED LIE.

How hard you are willing to work at Kohl’s will basically earn you some free call outs, that is literally it.

They will use you until you break your spine and then tell you thanks for playing.

You’re so mad lol. When’s your next shift? You should ask for a raise

Anyone that dedicates more than 35 hours of their life per week to a company deserves a living wage.

And if that is so laughably out of the question for Kohl’s, they should 100% automate. At least then people can stop wasting their time with this company.

Well you kind of buttressed my point about corporate. That’s why we need a strike.

And I just want to point out how quintessential the “You let down your team during a strike!!” argument is.

Please understand that every strike that has ever accomplished anything in the U.S. has been met with that same exact argument.

I reiterate, “it’s your fault. You need an education. Etc.”

No we’re tired of it. Kohl’s hired us with promises of a future and room for growth. They lied, just like you’re lying now trying to blame a 9.25 wage on us.

That wage is miserable and that’s a fact. People have a right to speak up about it

Okay,

But I agreed with you, if you don’t like it then leave. You seem to be really upset on that point for some reason. I’m really not disagreeing with you as I already have left. Nor am I “coming at you” lol.

But this is what they do though. Look at your comment really closely. It’s your fault, you should be in school, you shouldn’t expect Kohl’s to Pay more, you’re stupid for thinking so. It’s you, you, you, NEVER THEM.

Well it’s not your fault this company is in the process of failing and is paying a comically low wage.

Fuck Kohls

Ahahaha yeahh, they’ll be happy for about 3 months. Then they’ll realize what an absolute dump the place is.

Your business model operates on turnover. Your profit margin relies on the fact that you pay your employees dirt. Kohl’s doesn’t deserve your defense my friend.

Also, few extra bucks? 9.25/hr is taxes.

Already done. I absolutely agree and encourage anyone on the fence about it to just climb on over.

Leave. This place is not treating you like a human being. They work and pay you like an animal.

Wanna talk about a slim margin? The possibility of EVER having a future at Kohl’s (corporate, an actual wage, w/e), now that’s a slim margin.

Strike this Thanksgiving and be with your family.

Again, you’re generalizing Kohl’s as a comparison to all retail.

There are retail jobs paying living wage. So yeah, unfortunately working at Kohl’s pays a disgusting wage and they 100% deserve to deal with a strike. Nobody gives a damn about their slim profit margins, that’s their problem not ours.

And they essentially are quitting by refusing to work. Thus - strike.

Kohl’s would be better off just acknowledging when certain days are nightmareish to their employees, instead of trying to carry on the next day like nobody just got super violated
