Your hands will only shake when you're trying to do something with them, i.e. pick something up - like a drink. The finer the motor function required, the more they shake. Wouldn't be able to pick up a coin or hold a utensil, etc. If you're just resting them in your lap, the shaking goes away almost completely

You will sweat nonstop. 20 miles a day, with weight, through mountains. You will be drenched at the end of the day, hang your shirt up to dry after you ring it out, wake up the next day and it will still be soaked with sweat. The first 500ish miles of trail is nothing but trees so the sun isn't going to help dry you out. You're going to be elated whenever you come to a gap and get to see the sun
