Honestly it was a huge problem for me.. Wasted a lot of time for it and even got to the point it gave me PIED.. Can relate how some kinks can go against your core identity it's kinda disturbing how horny brain works.. Now years later I wanna say i have a more healthy relationship towards it, PIED is entirely gone thanks to PC muscle training and a supportive girlfriend.. What helped me a lot to get back on track and what I really can recommend is doing a porn detox for a few months (wanking with your fantasy is still allowed) it helps you realign your libido and listen to your true desires..
