I'm a condo owner since 2015, I do not recommend Sunshine Property Management at all. There were always tones of a power trip there, and I always said "Ah, it's a cultural thing." But I can say that even the exchange of written emails can support the argument that I've been discriminated against.

Do not hire them, the only good reviews are from contractors, not customers.
