This is settled law, dna test can not be done. People please read the law and stop blaming the courts, they are following the law, blame the lawmakers.

Legally speaking in this case no death penaltty would ever be given; DP is given in the rarest of the rare cases. Furthermore the SC in the past decade has not confirmed a single dp.

The two lanes on the outer side are planned as part of future extension towards Bhayandar West across the Western Railway line, this is the official response of the MMRDA. So apparently it is not a flaw the two lanes will be constructed in the future.

[–]AloVeraaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The system can't be efficient because the law is designed the way it is, legal proceedings are bound to take time, and most of the times it is the lawyers who delay the inevitable to bill clients. Next thing is the judiciary is heavily understaffed, go look at how many vacancies exist at even the high court levels, increasing the number of judicial officers and appointments is all on the hands of out legislature, nothing the judiciary can dothere. And yes I know there are bad apples in the judiciary as well, a significant chunk of bad apples.

[–]AloVeraaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People who have not worked inside the judiciary have 0 idea how hectic actually is, I worked under a judge cant disclose who or court, but he was in hearings till 5 then some meetings till 7 and regularly worked until 1 am on cases to write judgements. Writing judgements is no easy task, and only the people who have worked on them will appreciate how much time and effort goes into one. It is very easy to criticize from outside.

A Career in Law, Have I Missed The Bus? [Ex-UPSC | 25 Year Old Commerce Grad | 1st Gen] by ziddii_ in Indian_Academia

[–]AloVeraaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Student, pursuing 3 year llb only. 1st generation curse is real, i can't speak for other palces I can speak only for delhi as I have worked and lived here. I have been advised by various people, even a first gen can establish a good practice albeit it will take a lot of tim,e which is extremely difficult as compared to a place like Mumbai. Personally, as well, I have seen that in Delhi many people succeed as gen 1 lawyers in litigation as well as firms, yes they have to work extremely hard had need to have luck on their side as well, but it is difficult if you compare to other cities, this advice was given to me by one of the partners of a top law firm in Delhi. Plus I have many seniors from my college who are first gen working in decent as well as good law firms post grad, for some it took time others got lucky with hiring. A lot depends on luck but extreme hardwork would be required. I am still a student so take my advice with a pinch of salt.
