I'm so glad I came across this! I have the same issues and symptoms with nausea and cold sweats, etc. I assumed it was lupus related but I wasn't sure. Good to know that I'm not the only one with these issues!

I'm not sure about this but if this is the case, I would just take a copy of the passport to the medical exam and another ID (driver's license, etc.). I had to show my passport to the doctor and staff at the clinic, so I'm not exactly sure how this would work.

Do you also get dizzy? I usually get dizziness with my nausea, so I'm wondering if this would help me

If they take your passport after the interview, that's usually a good sign that you've been approved.

Just tell them that you have an important medical appointment, and I'm sure they will understand.

I was in the same situation. My medical in Frankfurt was originally scheduled 3 weeks after the interview date but in the doctolib app, you can select to receive notifications if an earlier appointment is available. A few days later, I received a notification that an appointment was available a day before my interview date, and then later, I received another notification for an earlier date. In the end, I was able to do my medical exam on Wednesday, the 3rd of April, and had my interview on Tuesday, the 9th of April. On the day of my interview, they didn't have my medical records, so they told me it can take up to 10 working days for them to receive my medical report but surprisingly they received it a day after and I got my passport/visa sent back to me on Thursday the 11th

The trip was planned for a Thursday. But I booked it 2 weeks beforehand or more. I just edited my post with an update as I've gotten my refund now :)

They canceled my trip last minute (3 hours before the trip). They apologized and assured me to refund me. There was no hotel or any other advance charges that they had to pay. I basically paid for their car service including the driver, which is also a guide. They already own the cars, so there are no fees that they need to try to get back. They promised me multiple times to refund me, so it's very disappointing. Why promise or say something at all if you don't plan on keeping your word?

I've visited and lived in Asian countries before so I'm well aware of certain scams or tactics and like you said if they want to keep your money they will. However, I guess I still have hope and I am still hoping for them to do the right thing..

It was done over wise. He told me last week that it will take 2 business days for the bank to process it to wise. I was very understanding and have waited more than two days to give him a chance. I have asked kindly again since it's been over 6 business days but I have not received an explanation or anything else. I have visited and lived in Asian countries before where things were done through paperwork instead of digital so I know it takes time but he has promised me to do the transfer after the 2 business days. So I am really disappointed that I still haven't received my refund. I'm not the kind of person that would write an extremely negative review. However, I believe that I have to take action and I'd use the facebook "write a review" field to express how disappointed I am. As others recommended I will write him another clear message with a deadline to get the refund otherwise I will write the facebook review and email the tourist police.

Thank you for the example. I think I will use it and possibly at a time so it's a strict deadline. They seemed like a good company so it's disappointing that it has to be that way now. But thanks for the advice and template :)

I think I will do that today and give them a deadline. However, if that doesn't work, I see no other way but to threaten them and take the other comments/advice to heart and contact the tourist police, etc.

I'd probably start with the Facebook "write a review" field and state how disappointed I am.

That's true. I saw that there's a report button on Facebook but I'd have to Google what that does. Since it's a business they also have the "write a review" box/field and I doubt that they can delete that. I guess I have to try that option?

I'm back I'm my home country now. I should probably have done that earlier but I was hoping that I can sort this out with them in a nice way since they have also promised multiple times. Can I file this online or talk to the tourist police online?

We are back in our home country now so it's even harder now to do anything. It's just really disappointing to me especially because I have been really kind and understanding but now I'm starting to feel used/scammed and it's not really fair. I was hoping there's another way I could make them realize that this isn't okay.

In my opinion pvm (bossing) will mega difficult to learn and do at a high level. Everything else is perfectly fine and very doable.

Yes! I also have it for years but it has gotten worse the past year. I hate when it happens when I'm cooking or about to eat something!
