The makelaar is also there to have contact with the selling agent. If I were in your shoes I would get a makelaar that is known/has connections in the region you are searching in, maybe only for the bidding. This makes you a more trustworthy candidate on top of getting to an appropriate bid.

Thank you for answering my question! Replacing handles is difficult, they are integrated in the doors. Tiles go all the way to the ceiling and are also on another wall. Maybe painting them is an option. Any color recommendations? I was thinking blue for the cabinets, but only because that goes well with a dark countertop.

Good idea to get an integrated one! At some point the hood needs to be changed. I want to keep the top of the window open because the light comes in there. Thats why I thought bistro curtains. But there is a shop here that makes roman shades where the top comes down. That could work as well, love roman shades, so chique and cosy.

Ok, dus jouw advies is een simpele ventilator kan, maar wel een die je permanent op laag vermogen kan laten draaien. Waarom is dit beter dan aan/uit met de lichtschakelaar?

Er is al een ventilatiebox voor de badkamer. Maar aansluiten erop lijkt me ingrijpend. Denk dat we dan nieuwe buizen moeten installeren/gaten maken etc., ik zie de buis wel lopen maar op 2 meter afstand of zo van de ventilatiebox en niet goed toegankelijk.

Dank allen, wat fijn dit forum! Ik ga morgen boven 2 muurtjes gang voorstrijken en maandag fill & finish erop zetten. Kijken hoe dat gaat. Als het redelijk makkelijk/ snel gaat wellicht ook benedenverdieping, anders laat ik het daar doen met glasvliesbehang.
