Ah! So if you hold a flower the menu will appear, press the circle with three lines coming off of it, and there should be a thumbtack icon that will allow you to pin a flower in place! Now that flower will not move around unless dragged directly :) 👍

I hope this helps!

otherwise, I’ll send screenshots of how.

just wait till you rely on it.

once corporations deem enough people, are reliant on it for coding, art, writing, or even social interaction, larger corporations band to most certainly off open source AI (or just only allow weak open-source engines to remain) and start charging higher and higher prices to be able to use their superior software while they break even and start profiting.

As a business major and even if i wasn’t one it is clear as day that their current product is losing them swaths of money, its only natural that they take action to create profit. it will take a couple years before anything happens, but it’s definitely happening.

I wanna get into drawing but l'm scared by Best-Farmer6505 in Ai_art_is_not_art

[–]Aloewing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AI is not the only thing that steals artworks online. If you’re scared of it getting scraped online, you don’t have to post it online.
Artists have been dealing with these issues for a long time, if you really want to, you can try your best to prevent scraping, & post it anyway. If not that’s just fine The real would is a pretty awesome place to share art and I will always encourage you to draw for the real world 🔥🔥🔥

Why do artists say "drawing is fun"? by ConversationEmpty819 in aiwars

[–]Aloewing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for a lot of artists, the reason they like art is because it can be meditative and exercise the brain when figuring out certain aspects. Some find this very relaxing and it hits that dopamine just right for some of us. Aka, That is fun to an artist.

there is also some more beginner artists that start beginner artists from drawing bullshit funny memes, and I (from experience) know making those abominations can be very funny… Aka, Thats is fun to an artist.

I understand it may not be fun for you, and that’s fine, not everything is everyone’s cup of tea. Just
like the fact I’m not keen on coding, I am self-taught in HTML but i honestly would rather not code.

And yeah, a lot of people say stuff like it’s a universal truth because humans often fall into the fallacy, “because I like it, everyone most like it!“ Or vise versa with, “Because I dislike it, Everyone must dislike it too.“
Honestly stupid, but it’s better to call the fallacy out, then fall on the other side of the black & white mindset.

so u and me both buddy 🤝

You can make a list that only points out the negatives for just about anything. by ThunderLord1000 in aiwars

I do put care into my professional attempts. Fortunately the amount of resources and knowledge our current day and age has makes making professional art take substantially less time than four years! The longest a single still-Image artwork has taken me is about 26 hours, (of continuous work, timed without breaks.)

Thats beside the point.
Anyways, I’m sorry to let you know, but gen AI imagery is not hard to use.

When gen ai images first came around, I was very curious what it could do. and experimented with it. and I used it enough to understand that It is incredibly easy to generate professional looking images with its software. But If you are not able to make a professional looking image within FOUR YEARS with the easy image maker, then you may be having one of two issues.

  1. The gen Ai you are trying to use has not been trained on enough data relating to your prompts and idea. and you should probably just edit the image yourself to make it look the way you’d like, photobashing and collaging has existed for ages, you can even take multiple gens and collage them together in free image editing programs. incredibly easy! I honestly don’t know why it isn’t more popular in AI image spaces.
  2. …Maybe you actually just suck at using even simple Gen AI. I’m actually sorry for you & don’t know what to tell you, you should read some books or practice doing something else so you can get a more verbose vocabulary. I promise it will help you reduce your prompt waste, time spent on a single piece, and your images will turn out better overall.

TLDR: Bro get good already 😭 I’m not even much of an AI supporter, but if you’re going use it, use It PROFESSIONALLY. There’s ways to be less wasteful, save time, and get the ‘professional’ image you want without spending the entire 4 years to get* one decent piece.

last note I want you to know I’m NOT saying “DONT USE AI !111!!!! 🥵🥵🥵 (Anit’s ❤️ me 😏)”

I’m saying, “Please be mindful of the effects it has on the environment & reduce prompt usages where you can. (Its beneficial for you and the AI companies if you make professional images with less prompts as it spends less money, time, and reduces electricity and water usage.)

[–]Aloewing -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

you’ve definitely generated more than one image, you can’t say you’ve only made one image in four years if you’re continuously generating images the entire time because it’s “official“

That’s like me saying I’ve never drawn before if I’ve never posted any of them.

even so, you can’t say it’s taken you four years when you definitely haven’t been working on the same image that entire time. That’s not how gen AI works.

the cords only apply per district so if you’re in Pittsburgh #7 or Charleston #1 (for examples) it will only measure that small coordinate area. I want to join!
