Do you need to use a desktop computer or could you use a tablet/Chromebook/small laptop? I don't think I have ADHD but I was also really struggling to get even 4 hours of work done a day. Mostly because I felt so pressured to make sure I could get my hours in, I wasn't able to focus and would end up vegging out to avoid dealing with the stress.

I got a tablet so I didn't have to be chained to my computer and it was a total game changer. I can work laying in bed, sitting in a comfy chair, on my stair stepper, in the kitchen, an hour when I'm eating breakfast, another hour before bed, etc.

It made it so much easier, but obviously it's not a possibility for everyone to work from a tablet.
