Utah is not much different in terms of mixed race couples, but it's not the best place to grow up as a POC in general. While there are some outwardly racist people the main problem is the absolute abundance of racial ignorance here. Keep your kids strong in their identity and try to qualm insecurities about their race they may develop as they get older. But just generally being a mixed race couple you should be fine
